Creator programme terms

1. Who runs the programme

The creator programme is run by Mosticare OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under Business Register code 17360990, VAT number EE102989702, with its registered office at Müürivahe tn 33-1, 10140 Tallinn, Estonia (“Mosticare”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply between Mosticare and you from the moment we approve your application. You can reach us at contact@mosticare.com.

2. Joining

You apply at mosticare.com/creators. We read every application ourselves and approve each creator individually. We may decline an application without giving a reason. You must be at least 18 years old, and the details you give us must be accurate and your own.

3. Your code and your link

When we approve you, we issue one promotion code in your name. It gives 10% off the products in the basket, for you and for anyone who uses it, on every order. It cannot be combined with another code.

Your link (mosticare.com/?via=YOURCODE, on any page of the shop) applies the code for the visitor and keeps it ready in their browser for 60 days, so the discount is already in place when they check out. A visitor can remove the code from their basket at any time.

The code is personal to you. We may replace a code that is confusing, that uses a name or trademark you have no right to, or that collides with another creator’s.

4. What you earn

You earn 5% on every order placed with your code, whether the customer typed it or arrived through your link. The 5% is calculated on what the customer paid for products after the discount, excluding VAT and excluding shipping.

• An order that is refunded, cancelled or charged back earns nothing. A partial refund reduces the amount in proportion. If we already paid you for such an order, we deduct it from your next payout.
• Orders you place yourself get the discount like any other, and earn no commission.
• Orders we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, or obtained in breach of section 6, earn nothing.

Orders are attributed by the promotion code recorded on the order by our payment provider, Stripe. That record is the basis of your statement.

5. Payouts

Once a month we send you a statement of the previous month’s orders and pay what you have earned, in euros, by SEPA bank transfer or PayPal, as soon as your balance reaches €50. A smaller balance rolls over to the next month; it does not expire while you are in the programme.

You are responsible for declaring your earnings and for any tax or social contributions due on them where you live. If you act as a business, we pay against your invoice.

6. How you promote

• Say that it is advertising. Label every post, story, video or article that carries your code or link as advertising, in the way your platform and the law of your country require.
• No health promises. A mosquito net is a physical barrier. Do not say or imply that it prevents, treats or cures any disease. For facts about a product, rely on its page on mosticare.com.
• Treated nets. Some of our nets are treated with permethrin and are EU BPR authorised (permethrin, EU-0026815-0000). Whenever you promote a treated net, include this sentence, clearly legible: “Use biocides safely. Always read the label and product information before use.” Never describe a treated net as natural, non-toxic, harmless, low-risk, or environmentally or animal friendly.
• No coupon sites. Do not post your code on coupon, voucher, cashback or deal sites, or in browser extensions that collect codes.
• No paid ads on our name. Do not bid on “Mosticare” or misspellings of it in paid search or paid social, and do not run ads that could be taken for ours.
• No spam and no fakes. No unsolicited bulk messages, bots, fake accounts, bought engagement or invented reviews.
• Speak as yourself. You are an independent creator. Do not present yourself as Mosticare, as our employee, or as our agent.

7. Your content stays yours

Everything you create remains yours. We only reshare a post of yours after asking you and getting your yes for that post.

8. Ending

Either of us can end your participation at any time by email, without giving a reason. Your code is then switched off. Everything you earned on orders placed up to that moment is paid at the next monthly payout, whatever the balance. If we end your participation because of a breach of section 6 or because of fraud, commission earned through that breach or fraud is not paid.

9. Changes

We may change these terms, the discount or the commission. We tell you by email at least 30 days before a change takes effect, and a change never applies to orders already placed. If you do not agree with a change, you can leave the programme at any time under section 8.

10. Independence and liability

Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, partnership or exclusive relationship between you and Mosticare. You are responsible for your own content and for following the rules of your platforms. Our total liability to you under the programme is limited to the commission paid or payable to you in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Personal data

We use the details in your application, and the payout details you send us, only to run the programme: to assess your application, issue your code, prepare your statements and pay you. Details of how we handle personal data are in our privacy policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you take part as a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are habitually resident, and nothing here deprives you of that protection.
