Is it safe for a baby to sleep under?
Yes. The Bambino Dorme cot canopy carries the same WHO-standard specification as the rest of the range, with the active ingredient bound into the fibre rather than sprayed. WHO guidance supports household use of permethrin-coated nets for children over three months. We publish the spec sheet with every product.
Will the net make the room hot?
No. The mesh is a 25-hole-per-cm² weave with full airflow, that is its specification. It stops a mosquito on contact while letting room air pass freely.
Can the net replace the bedroom plug-in?
That is the design intent. A Mosticare net is the physical barrier across the sleeping space; the plug-in is the chemistry-in-the-air alternative we are asking households to leave behind.
What if my child gets tangled in the net?
Cot canopies hang from a single ceiling point and tension cleanly above the cot rails, not inside the cot. We include a quick-start deployment card, a tension diagram, and the WHO household-use guidance with every Bambino product.
