What "48h ship" actually means
- One EU warehouse, Mosticare does not drop-ship from outside the EU. All inventory sits in an EU-resident warehouse with biocide-handling capability under EU BPR 528/2012.
- Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day enter the same-day pick queue and ship within 48 hours.
- Standard EU + EEA carrier delivery is 3-5 working days. Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg typically arrive in 2-3 days; Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland 3-5 days; Nordics 4-6 days.
- Tracking number issued at carrier handoff; expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation email.

No, and we don't claim that. The 48-hour figure is the time from order to courier handoff. End-to-end delivery to your door is 3-5 working days for most EU countries; longer for Nordics and remote regions. Tracking and the carrier's expected-delivery date are issued in the confirmation email.
Where does it ship from?
A single EU warehouse with permethrin / EU BPR 528/2012 biocide-handling capability. We don't drop-ship from outside the EU; that means no transcontinental customs delays and no surprise import VAT.
